These terms apply to everyone who uses MaltaBusinessDirectory.com, and to businesses that list on it. The directory is run by Malta Business Directory, The Strand, Malta (“we”, “us”). Questions: hello@maltabusinessdirectory.com.

Using the directory

The directory is free to use. Listings are provided by the businesses themselves. We check every listing before it goes live, but we can't guarantee that every detail is correct or up to date, and we are not responsible for the businesses listed or the services they provide. If you spot something wrong, tell us.

Don't copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.

Listing a business

• You may list a business only if you own it, work for it, or have its permission.
• Everything you send must be accurate, and photos and logos must be yours or used with permission.
• No misleading, illegal, offensive or adult content, and no businesses we're not comfortable listing. We decide what is published and may edit, refuse or remove a listing, with a reason where we can give one.
• You give us permission to show the details, photos and logo you send on this site and in search engines and social media previews of it.
• You can ask for your listing to be removed at any time on the removal page.

Paid plans

• Prices are shown in euro on the pricing page at the moment you pay. Early-bird prices rise after a set number of sales, as shown there.
• Verified and Featured Lifetime are one-time payments. Featured Lifetime lasts for as long as we run the directory.
• Featured is a yearly subscription that renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; it then stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• A paid plan changes how your listing looks and where it appears, as described on the pricing page and on how listings are ordered. It doesn't promise any number of visitors, calls or customers.
• Refunds: if you're not happy, ask within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. After that, payments are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. If we remove a paid listing for breaking these terms, no refund is due.
• If we ever close the directory, Featured subscriptions stop renewing and we'll refund any unused part of a Featured year.

Liability

We provide the directory as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for more than the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll email paying customers about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
